Executive Director
Ralph R. Dyer has served as Chairman and Executive Director of National Foundation for Debt Management since February 2007. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Dyer was a practicing attorney in the Tampa, FL area and operated his own law firm. He also served as a turnaround business consultant. Prior to opening his law practice, Mr. Dyer was general counsel of Comdial Corporation, a publicly traded telecommunications equipment manufacturer. Before joining Comdial, Mr. Dyer was in-house counsel at Intermedia Communications in Tampa and Americatel Corporation in Miami. Mr. Dyer graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with a JD degree and obtained a BBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Mr. Dyer is a member of the board of directors of the National Housing Counseling Association.
Vice President of Operations
George E. Roe, Jr. has served as the Vice President of Operations of National Foundation for Debt Management, since 2007. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Roe spent 17 years in the mortgage industry, originating and managing operations for several major mortgage lenders. Mr. Roe graduated with a B.S., from Albion College, in Michigan. He also serves on the agency advisory board for the National Housing Counseling Association and as a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Assosciation. In addition, Mr. Roe has earned several housing certifications from the NeighborWorks Training Institute for Housing Counseling.
